Welcome to Brandywine Greene II
The Brandywine Greene II development is located outside of Downingtown, Pennsylvania in the
West Bradford Township. The association is comprised of houses on Delaware Lane, Delaware Circle,
Creagh Knoll Terrace, Rhode Island Lane, Rhode Island Circle, and Maine Circle.

Note to realtors and mortgage brokers: The Brandywine Greene II development does NOT include
Vermont Lane, New Hampshire Lane, or lower Creagh Knoll Lane. They are a part of the "Brandywine
Greene I" development.
